At 62, I'm finally doing what a lifetime in food has prepared me for. I started washing dishes in a major Edmonton hotel when I was barely tall enough to reach the sink. From there, food became my world — decades in food sales, years running an Italian grocery store and fruit market in Toronto's vibrant Village, and a career spent learning what quality truly means.
Every step led me here.
